the other girls just naturally gravitate towards her and yooyeon, yooyeon just isnt as capable though. sometimes you dont get a choice to be the leader and you have to step up. in fairness this is something jaden sees everyday and still hasnt made any adjustments. also badge wars being a free for all at the end didnt help
the group is so big that at any one point (during a livestage) you'll have half a dozen girls making a mistake and it adds up quickly. they have to more disciplined because a bigger "stage" is harder to choreograph
