On my computer i have some folders for each group and each member inside, and a general unorganized folder. I basically never organize them though. Probably never will.
On my phone its completely unorganized (34,776 pictures/videos on my phone, all unorganized)
But my phone recognizes their faces so I can just search them by name and all their pics pop up. I also have very good memory of when i saved a pic on my phone so i can usually find it by scrolling very fast.
