he's good. Rain Dogs is still one of my favorites. I wish he'd toned down the pirate voice but honestly the gimmick probably made him much more famous than he otherwise would've been.
idk what his thing is for Puerto Rican Chinese people though. also every one of his songs has the word "dream" in it and it drives me nuts.
