These are the types of comments that really rub me the wrong way because why the fuck would you share these things in a youtube comment of all places? Man if I was dying of cancer the last thing I'd want is for random strangers trying to enjoy a song to know about it. Sounds like cancer might be the least of their problems if they think it's worth the attention and fake interaction. Another variant of these types of comments is just people oversharing how much their lives suck, like we all got problems dude but most of us have the integrity not to use them to farm for imaginary likes
