I'm more offended that Yvette Young was brought into the fold of midwest emo/math rock canon. At least the bands you mentioned have some tenuous connections to the scene and made music. Also, I failed to mention Covet (her shitty first band), but that band fucking sucks. She was always gonna do what she's doing now, just bullshit on a guitar without any ability to craft a song that could be considered emotionally resonant.

I think that to revive musick we must retvrn to classical so we develop a classical base then from there aesthetics will flow and rock sub genres will be whole again.
