Is there any real difference between orange version and blue version?

OG is much better and has way more soul. It sounds more organic and the guitar tones are less "studio FX'd", to put it one way, while the vocals are also more expressive. The changes in composition they implemented into some songs like Spasm in the re-recording also kinda suck because they bloat the LP for no reason.

the orange one is overall better but has november rain which sucks and the blue one is overall weaker but has estranged which rules so you gotta get both

The blue is effectively a re-recording with 8-strings and a cleaner guitar tone. Same vocal recordings but with effects processing to sound more like their later stuff. Compositionally it's mostly the same although Nebulous is played significantly slower
Personally I think blue is technically the better version but orange has more character and more of a "band" sound
