>Walk

Those are all the ways I've done it^^^

I told my dad on a call that I want to collect more ways and he said I should go to a border with a segway, a unicicyle, a bike, a scooter etc. hahahaha and add a lot of ways most people never did in their lives. So I said one day I would do that and send him pictures/videos.

Would you be interested in a phone app that allows you to collect different methods from crazy ones to normal and track all borders you crossed via different methods of transit? I really want that

Just write it down, you don't need another tech bro to make another ultra niche app when journaling solved this question centuries ago.
Back on topic though :
>train
>plane
>car
>train with a bike
>walk
I'll be crossing by bike hopefuly this year if I can get the days off for a bike tour.

Nice - did you have a favorite method or least favorite method?

The app would be good because you can visualize it, track every border crossing ever, etc.

Taking the Eurostar was kind of a novelty but at the end of the day it really is just riding one ery long tunnel as far as your travel experience is concerned.
Flight sucks because it involves airports and airports are designed to make you miserable.
>but muh duty-free sh-
I just paid out the arse for a ticket, I don't have the balance to buy a wristwatch and save a hundred bucks worth of VAT.
Train really depends
>France to Germany
Not great
>France to Italy
Nice
>Belgium to Netherlands
It was fine
>Belgium to Germany
It was also fine I guess, though bike accomodation on DB trains was not that good, just one big empty area and no seats if you want to be next to your bike (which you do if you're touring and have your stuff strapped to your bike)
>France or Belgium to Luxembourg
Europe's official wagie-wagon. Worse when operated by the big red B than by the strike artists
>anywhere to Switzerland
FUCK swiss rail, most overrated shit in the universe I swear
>only WE operate trains in our country so you'll have to wait for connections in isolated tiny stations on the french or italian sides and some of them don't even have any shelter which is great because it rains and snows a lot
>our legendary punctuality is due to stopping for 5 minutes at every station. See, if you delay ALL your trains in the same way, then the delay isn't a problem, it's a feature. And it's such a great feature that border workers and cross-canton workers would rather ride the bus
FUCK Switzerland
