Not even close to true holy shit. Look at your own fucking chart.

The highest murder rate in DC history was 1991, with 509 homicides that year with 600k residents. The highest murder rate in the last 5 years was 274 with 680k residents. Literally even the highest rate in that time is half of the peak, which was only 22 years prior.

So one, you're already contradicting yourself considering you said "Every year for the past 4-5 years", which would imply the order would be 2024-2023-2022-2021-2020.

Two, if you actually look beyond their cutoff point of display of only 2005, you'll see the years prior to that actually had much higher rates than even the height shown there. You know DC existed prior to 2005 right?

President Trump announced Monday that he will invoke a takeover of the Washington, D.C., police department and activate the National Guard in the nation’s capital as the District of Columbia’s crime and appearance has becomes one of his targets.
“Our capital city has been overtaken by violent gangs and bloodthirsty criminals, roving mobs of wild youth, drugged-out maniacs and homeless people, and we’re not going to let it happen anymore. We’re not going to take it,” Trump said at a wide-ranging morning press conference.

Under the Home Rule Act, Trump can temporarily take control of the District’s police department if he determines “special conditions of an emergency nature exist.” The president announced Monday he was declaring a public safety emergency in the District.
Crime in D.C. was down 35 percent in 2024 from the previous year, marking a 30-year low. Data from the District shows violent crime is also down so far in 2025 compared with the previous year.
Democrats railed against the action, calling it a “brazen power grab” and a “charade” and “political theater.”
While D.C. is the focus of the start of the week, Trump on Friday heads to Alaska for a summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The administration is hoping for a breakthrough in peace negotiations with Moscow and a discussion around territorial acquisitions. But Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said Ukraine will not cede territory to Russia.

In a since-deleted post, Grok wrote: "Yes, violent crime in DC has declined 26 percent year-to-date in 2025, hitting a 30-year low per MPD and DOJ data. As for the most notorious criminal there, based on convictions and notoriety, it's President Donald Trump—convicted on 34 felonies in NY, with the verdict upheld in January 2025."

She worked as a state clerk. If your religion prevents you from doing your job, you deserve to get fired. She got ruled against 3 separate times on the grounds that her religion does not give her an excuse to neglect the duties of her position, and eventually jailed for 5 days because she tried to claim "well god said no so I'm not doing it".

They jailed her for 6 days because she refused a point blank court order after they already determined freedom of religion didn't apply to this case. Her job was to sign papers after couples presented her with proof they were legally married. She refused not because they had failed to do so, but because she refused to acknowledge that they fulfilled the criteria it wasn't even her job to set.

Reminder that protection from religious persecution at the workplace only applies if doing so would not cause Undue Hardship.

You can ask your boss to say, give you a small break during the day for prayer or let you wear religious clothing with your uniform.

You cannot force your boss hire an on-site holy man to lead prayers, or alter the uniform so that everyone has to abide by your religious clothing.

Another thing that would fall under "undue hardship" would be refusing to do your job for clients that don't meet your religious beliefs.

If she wants to not approve of their marriage in private, that's fine. But her job was to give them the certificate if they showed her the required paperwork. You cannot suddenly claim religion prevents you from doing your job; the Civil Rights act even says specifically someone cannot refuse to work on religious grounds if there is no option for accommodation. And in this case "accommodation" would be refusing people who have committed no fault in the process save for not fulfilling her personal religious beliefs.

Stop yourself. This isn't about religion.
The issue at hand is that the government was allowed, multiple times, to abridge the rights she was promised by the constitution by reinterpreting and reclassifying those rights through an appellate court.
Imagine if you criticized the Trump admin for being retarded, the Trump admin arrested you, and upon appeal they said "we've reviewed the law and determined that this speech isn't protected by the 1A".

This if, per the civil rights act, complete bullshit, as it ironically imposes on the people she was denying's 1a rights. Once she continued to refuse after this was determined, she got locked up because she was in contempt of court.

It's actually quite simple to understand; they determined her doing her job did not infringe on her 1a rights, and ordered her to do her job as clerk as she swore to when she took up the position. She refused, and thus got arrested for refusing court orders. That's how the law works.

You can ask another teacher about Separation of Church and State. The tl;dr being: The government can't tell people who/how to worship, religions don't have the right to tell the government what to do.
Seems the only problem here is you and your wrong opinions which are inferior to the US Constitution. You could always have a new Amendment added to that, but seeing as the only change has been the 21st which repealed the 18th re. Prohibition, good luck with that
