I'm making this ninja 400 into something weird

Needs a lot of work to get it road worthy. But it's only a chain away from moving under its own power.

The Volga and 2 Urals. Need a new carb for the Volga as the current one runs incredibly lean, like it had a vacuum leak or something, but can't find any.

Waterpump in the ole' 7.3

A friend's poverty chariot. Fuel lines sprung a leak, so we've been replacing them with nylon. We were gonna do fuel sending unit too, but ran into GM quality in the form of clip on nuts that broke loose of the clip holding them. Any suggestions? Thinking about using eithrr vice grips or something.
