Slightly, since pretty much all my cars are solid steering shaft, pre-airbag death traps. The only thing you can do is pay attention, drive defensively, and hope you don't get unlucky. It is what it is.

What is bad?
Got in one about 14 years ago. All I remember is leaving work at 3pm then I woke up in a hospital bed at 3am. I only had a scar on my lip and a broken shoulder though.

I got into a head on collision in my shitbox. As I was spinning around I literally thought "I wish I was in a super duty right now." Shits crazy. I crawled out of the car on all fours and made it to the curb as cars where honking because I was in the way. Once you experience something like that you realize how little life is valued.

The massive size of modern cars does legitimately concern me. Combined with the fact that they are often being driven by middle aged women who can barely see over the steering wheel or some retarded guy on his phone, it's not difficult to see why the rate of car crash fatalities has increased in recent years. Random people with no real driving skills or awareness are driving huge tanks that can accelerate at sports car speeds for no real reason other than that it's fashionable and they make you "feel safe" while becoming an absolute menace to society yourself at the same time.
