Open/Queer-validating repair shops in LA?

Hey guys my BMW needs work (broke something going over a speedbump lol) but I need recommendations for a repair shop. I live in LA but can drive. The last place I went to has a really homophobic staff that was calling me all kinds of names. They thought I didn't know because they said it in Spanish but I'm Mexican (look white) so I understood. Anyway I need a new shop, anyone you trust?
