c. can't use your car to go get them because someone stole your valve cores

remove his valve cores and put the caps back on so he doesn't notice anything was tampered with immediately. throw the valve cores into the street.
guarantee he will a waste good hour or more trying to refill tires that won't hold air then probably have his car towed or waste money on an uber
it's not expensive vandalism at all but it is a monstrous timewaster for such a tiny and cheap, easily accessible part.
