You can have companies come and refuel your vehicles while you're at home or on the go. Not like you would need to when ICE vehicles have enough range to go for several weeks on a tank.

OP doesn't own a car. I guarantee no evidence will be provided to prove otherwise - and no car, no opinion.

Home yes but the landlord agent megacorp owns the parking lot. Should I thank their stagnation? No modern tech.

Pic related is how most people live.
Apartments and condos are the current real estate meta for maximizing (((profit))). The landlord/HOA is not going to allow superchargers in the common area.
California has had rolling blackouts/brownouts for decades and its only gotten worse. The competency crisis will break the U.S. in your lifetime.
Electric will be a failure.

I just have mine set to only charge from 10pm-5pm, by that point it doesn't matter, especially since my commute only takes 3 hours at 16a240.
If you're having issues it could be voltage sag under load. Either your service cables from the pole are undersized or one of the connections is causing resistance. Check the farthest socket with a multimeter, if it falls under 110v under reasonable load consider calling the power company.

Every state has blackouts. And they don't affect home charging.

Every time these points are made, an EVfag will just say "I don't care about those people" and they still somehow don't realise this non-argument response would be a PR disaster for EVs if it were used in the real world. Cars took off in the first place because they became cheap and an everyday vehicle for common people - "cars of the people". Every indication for EVs shows that it will only ever, at most, be a toy for a small group of privileged people and even many of those people will prefer to use their wealth to pay extra for whatever extra costs are put onto normal cars just to give EVs a lifeline.
pic rel - there will never be an EV version of this.

But I literally don't care about those people. Why should some rats living in a run down sardine can have such a stranglehold over my personal car purchasing decision?

Both. You bought a used EV so add another $20k onto that. The only thing dumber than a EVtard is a EVtard with a solar setup.

you must be lying about having any solar PV if you have no idea what he's talking about. your energy goes back into the grid and, depending on your jurisdiction, you almost certainly don't get compensated for it.

I was confused by why there is a magic additional $20k I owe? like what that number came from.
anyways still enjoying my PV and eeey veee
