Believe it or not but its mostly trailer trash whites and hispanics that do this.

I was doing an investigation on this a couple years back and blacks only accounted for 3 percent of wheel theft. Whites (non-hispanic) were 64% and hispanics were 33.


This was the national city average across all states. Whites and hispanics do take advantage of the fact that blacks are precieved to be the ones doing this the most. Which is why its very hard to get convictions let alone arrests to stick. We had a major bust take place in Chicago. a chop located in a black neighborhood that resulted in 14 white dudes getting arrested in possession of 250k worth of stolen parts and wheels. All of them walked because the jury was convinced that only black people commit these crimes.
