No, my theory is Carlos Ghosn embezzled as much of their money as he could before he got caught and bankrupted them and they are running on a skeleton crew. The only new platforms they have (afaik) are the Rogue and Armada truck platforms - everything else runs on uncompetitive, un-updated 10-20 year old designs, the engines are not particularly well loved (which is weird cuz in the early infiniti days the v6 on the G35 and the V8 on the FX 45 were great)
they gave up and won't exist in 20 years except in the third world

The Armada is legitimately amazing. It's a landcruiser for half the money. People are absolutely SLEEPING on it. Especially as a burger where you have to pay $100000 for the LX700. Nothing touches an Armada in it's price range.
