If your car gets that kind of fuel economy and it's not because it's a V10 or V12, you're an idiot.

LMAO nice I guess I fit your description. My 3rd gen 4runner V6 gets 15-16mpg when driving it around town but if I try hard enough and primarily drive the highways and cruise the speed limit of the highway on the slow lane I can get at best 20mpg.

Regarding 15-16 MPG around town, I guess I'm just an aggressive driver, I do like to keep up with the cars accelerating from red lights as I don't want to hold up traffic behind me, I dunno I feel like I shouldn't impede traffic too much just dumb things like that.
As for 20 MPG, that is pretty good from even Toyota's original highway speed MPG they listed on their marketing ads and the vehicle sticker specs sheet thing from what I can find online.
From what I can gather the 5VZ-FE V6 engine is just not that economical with regards to fuel consumption, it is joked about having the power of I4 and fuel consumption of a V8 (of that era).

>If someone is so mentally brain damaged that this is somehow confusing
You're a bona fide idiot (or troll).
Instrument Scans (such as hammered into pilots) rely upon cognitive "muscle memory".
This CCW bullshit needlessly requires more effort from the driver and thus degrades performance, while also being a distraction.

This is a whimsical and cringe stylistic change, for the sake of being different.

Its not difficult to calculate, just use zero out your trip meter after your next fill up and then when you fill up your gas tank jot down the amount of fuel you filled up to and then take your trip reading and divide by that filled up fuel amount and you will get your mpg from your last fill up and your various style of driving up to your current fuel fill up.

I think you're a bona fide spastic. You think you're a fighter pilot making split seconds choices. You're in a big comfy GT on a motorway. If your brain can't comprehend that I think you perishing is the best thing for humanity. My luddite brain can comprehend going between my daily with a regular tach and this as a weekend car with an anto clockwise tach and registers zero, none in any form of strain in comprehension. If this is an issue, i'd suggest stop eating crayons, or at least change brands that don't have lead or mercury in it...

Either you get a big FUCKING SHIFT light or you just learn how your engine sounds and shift based on that.
I can't remember the last time I unironically looked at my tach while solely driving. Sure, while trying to diagnose some weird noise or tuning shit its a nice to have but otherwise its purely on sound and speed.
