The ones built during the Ford era from 2000 to 2008 are about as reliable as a Jag gets which is still not super reliable but definitely less of a pain in the ass than most Jags.

I like it too. I think its one of the better looking modern sedans; but as with most modern designs it has too many pointless angles and black plastic bullshit in place of painted body panels on the front.

To be honest, I've always thought that the E38 was the opposite of classy. It looks like something an African dictator or a gypsy would drive to the mall. Same with the W221. E39 and the E class in the image are far better.
