Half tons aren't even full sized at this point. The truck naming scheme needs to be updated. Especially with daily driving 3/4 tons becoming more and more common. A Colorado/Ranger/Taco is a small truck. A half ton is a midsize and a 3/4 ton and above is a full size. Weather you like them or not doesn't make them a bad choice. Don't shit talk them just because you like less practical, less value packed trucks.

I hate driving fullsize trucks, but I've got a silverado for stupid farm shit. Loading cubic yards of gravel and shoveling to "repave" my driveway, trailering tractors / mowers / boat, hauling furniture from the storage shed, helped the old folks move houses, etc. Probably wasn't worth the money but they can obviously be useful.
