I saw the video, the BMW clearly rammed the porsche. Porsche is a retard for trying to overtake when he didn't have the power or traction to do so, but the BMW actually did a sharp turn to the left into the porsche which would be criminal on a regular road.

Both are at fault under german law. Porsche did a dangerous overtake which is illegal in Germany. BMW never signaled him on and was drifting left and right leading into that. Porsche should have realized this and not did an overtake during a turn. Also Porsche driver broke multiple rules of tf including race lap timing and filming which are strictly illegal on tf days.
