That a 2nd or 3rd hand car falls to that is just a convenience.
The Tate corporation was 100% correct about the Tate Nano. Its just a shame the people who had to build it did not enjoy driving, meaning its going to be outcompeted by a 3rd or 4th hand used vehicle which is going to be less long term durable.
Which again falls back to the thread question: "How big is the car industry in India?", which the answer is "No, not really".
Not to say they are doing worse than countries with almost no population, and all you got is kit car builders. But the question is asked if its significant.
