If I were to walk in front of a car on the highway going 55 mph what would it feel like?

doing 55 mph by walking would kinda suck, you'd want at least some goggles to protect your eyes from the wind and bugs
otherwise, keeping up with traffic without a car is pretty cool, though car behind you will honk at you if it's below speed limit
