What are my neighbors doing?
Anyone here ever involved in anything shady and /o/ related can enlighten me?
>neighbors have 3 vehicles they are constantly "working" on
>have put tires on one twice in the last two months
>one doesn't have plates but will disappear for a couple of days and come back only to get "worked on"
this has been happening for like 8 months with the same cars. Something seems to be afoot. They're all illegal Venezualans, if that helps.

Fixing cheap broken cars with cheap broken parts

Why do you care? Maybe they're piece of shit cars and they like wrenching? Maybe they're taking them to their brother's place to get worked on? Even if it was drug running (which I find unlikely) I think you watching your neighbors like a hawk to be worse than that. One of the biggest rules of crime is to make sure your car is in tip-top and fully insured and registered.

>They're constantly working on cars putting new parts on
They're parts changers not mechanics. Many such cases in low IQ communities.

it seems more like they're running some boot leg chop shop
>why are you watching your neighbors
I've hung out with them several times even though they can't speak english. Our kids are friends. They're a cool hang, but it's annoying they have like 5 cars in an apartment complex, all parked in front of the building and not in the wide open spots on the side, and seem to be doing something abnormal with the one that doesn't have plates
>maybe they're bringing it to their relatives house
if anything it's the opposite, this garage is the one with the chainfall and shit. It's just strange.

If it's a chop shop there'd be a constant stream of different cars, also would be pretty ballsy of them to work on a stolen car out in the open, can't you run the plates to see if they've been reported as stolen?

the one car that made me start suspecting something weird is happening doesn't even have plates. Their friends come buy to have some "work done" for like 5 minutes and then they keep only working on these same few cars, and then the one that doesn't even have a plate disappears for 2 or 3 days, gets "worked on" and then sits for a week. It's consistent.

I don't know if civilians can run plates in the USA and I also don't care. I like learning spanish with them and drinking modelo and eating their massive community pot of various meats. I just want to know wtf they're doing.

Maybe they use it to smuggle drugs. Hard to id a partially disassembled car which constantly gets different parts for every new run.

Idk man maybe they go visit the abuela every weekend and that's their exclusive going to visit the abuela car. Maybe they keep wrenching on the same cars because they're shitboxes that are falling apart. Maybe they're installing some sikk modz on them. Maybe they're transporting drugs on a car without plates. The world is full of mysteries and this is one of them, unless you wanna go ask them.

yeah anons thanks this seems so obvious, feel like a retard my wife and I have been sitting here looking at this with us both being from families with mechanics and shit looking at this, didn't see the obvious.

Now I'm fully torn because I don't want to be within a mile of anything related to that kind of investigation, but also this place is supposed to be known for stamping that shit out...

The urge to just forget all about this is pretty strong though

Call the police and say it's parked on a public road and you believe it's abandoned, they'll ask for the tag number to see if it's insured. If it isn't insured, registered, or is stolen they'll come out and tow it. If it's stolen and parked private property when they get there that's their problem.

We have a plan. The sketchy activity is ramping up. They like us and our kids are friends and I speak spanish with them and have partied with them so I'm not that worried about it, but I sure don't want the fucking cartel running drugs through here. Take it to Little Rock, fags. I've never asked them about any of this stuff.
