Horses emit methane into the atmosphere.*
Horses require massive amounts of hay which requires lots of arable land and water.
Some people are so allergic to horses that they'll die of an asthma attack after about an hour around one.
It's slavery, bro.
Literal shit in the streets.
Can't haul refrigerated food and medicine across the country in a day.
They can jump better than lowriders though, I'll concede that.
*From epa.gov:
>Methane is the second most abundant anthropogenic GHG after carbon dioxide (CO2), accounting for about 11 percent of global emissions. Methane is more than 28 times as potent as carbon dioxide at trapping heat in the atmosphere.
>>28518155anyone got the gif of the guy that climbs onto a pig/boar and it starts spinning around before running off?
Horses actually develop like was it 0.8 horsepower as the original test was done with donkeys and they figured a horse would've been twike as strong, which it wasn't.
>>28518206A standard horse will do ~1hp continuous or ~15hp for short bursts. A big ass Clydesdale or some shit is obviously going to have a higher continuous HP rating as well as a fuckload more low rpm torque. A drugged up high end race horse will do a lot more than 15hp but not for very long with some bad reliability.
>>28518211The point was that the test itself was rigged and inaccurate
