intentionally ramming someone with your car is classified as assault with a deadly weapon. it's legal justification for getting mag dumped in any state in the country. therefore judging from what i see in this video, the guy in the front had every right to defend himself by any means necessary, and given that all he did was push her car out of the way so he could turn around and leave thus removing himself from danger i can confidently say that any court of law would find her 100% guilty here. of course i have no idea what happened that led up to this point but from what i can see it's an open and shut case.
