Why is riding without gear so much more fun?

Ate shit and tucked the front on oil just after some rain. Was only doing 40 but I was wearing my work clothes so I got some good roadrash.

riding with full gear is lame as fuck and feels like the equivalent of swimming in a suit tie and jacket. Or like those muslim women who swim in burqas and shit.

Unfortunately drivers are retards and roads are in bad shape in a lot of places so riding without gear is stupid as fuck. I still do it sometimes though like at night at the end of summer when all the tourists have gone home. Goggles a shirt and shorts with tennis shoes is glorious in no traffic rural america at night.

Its still dumb as fuck to do though.

When its 30+ C degrees outside I just wear my vest airbag plus gloves and full helmet.
My legs and arms might get mauled in a crash, but at least spine, neck and internal organs are well protected.
