What would you rather drive: a WRX or a GRC?

if they made a hot hatch with a non terrible interior it might sell more
also I think a lot of people JUST want the engine upgrade and making it wth huge wheels, ultra-stiff suspension and narrow seats is a mistake and limits sales

Pretty much this. I just want an SI hatchback. Donโ€™t need Persian racing rims, or a bone shaker suspension. Just give me NA VTEC and a stick

Apparently Honda really cheaps out on sound deadening esp. for higher-zoot engines so it's just gonna be disappointing (unless you want something rough).
GT performance hatchbacks would sell if they made them.
>and a stick
they aren't gonna sell enough to make that worth it - nor is that in keeping with the mission of a GT
speaking as someone who has to shift their automatic in manual mode half the time anyways because it doesn't have a curve mode - it's a chore as is

Toyota actually tried that before in Asian markets with the Blade Master. Effectively the Camry V6 in a Matrix.

Hows the size difference on them? That would be the deciding factor for me. I like the enclosed trunk of the WRX too. The homologation special factor of a carbon roof Corolla is pretty appealing though.

the problem has never been that they can't sell them, it's that the people who want one can't seem to find one that isn't guarded by a dealer with a crack pipe

Honda guys are always gooks or poverty cunts. Imagine not being able to peel out after dropping your date off leaving two thick like your cock fat lines on her driveway. Can't rip a clean 180 degree handbrake turn and the second you're on a road that isn't glass you need to slow down. New Subaru is dogshit so while the corolla isn't as cool as the yaris I'd take it any day.

GR corollas are more unique, and the hatch makes it a bit more practical.
