I have the disassembled guts of the audio my dad put in the trunk of his '90s Beretta when I was a kid, I'm planning to put one of the amplifiers in my van to run the two subwoofers and the other amplifier in my car to run the old bazooka tube.
Not sure what to do with the big wooden cutout because it's shaped for a Beretta trunk and my Panther trunk is significantly larger, lol

Which is ironic because the same people don't protect against rust leading to the "I KNOW WHAT I GOT" mentality followed by "n-no you're not allowed to check the car out" Once someone checks the car out and see's it's structurally fucked.

Did big secret events like the opening to 2 fast 2 furious really take place or were they always boring museum-esque faggotry like today? I see underground stuff still, but they are all quiet. No music and everyone is just standing around the most expensive car on the lot.

i was going to make tabs that come off the shock tower stud so i could fold the back seat up but im afraid the seat being up would drown the 10" full range which is doing most of the work.

Neons are a true art form. I hate how it got replaced by LEDs. Sure, they're better to use, but neons just look softer and more rich.

Is it even resale value? Or is it just mindless consensus following.
Shit benefits car companies, if you're getting bored with a car you're not gonna be customizing it, you're just gonna sell it and buy something else.

You can do the same with those colour adjustable LED lighting. So you adjust it for a tonal colour instead of a tint. Or if you want soft lighting, get one of those fiber light kits used by personal computer (PC) modders. The LED pumps light into a large diameter plastic fiber. The sides of the fiber have been sanded to a matte finish and thus lights up from the LED to distribute light along its length.

>90s custom trunk audio
The 1990's was the last decade before all the DIN and DINx2 slots disappeared as the car makers decided to no longer allow standardized spaces. By making space custom for each model, the car maker forced you to buy their sound system instead of installing your own 3rd party gear.
Anonymous No.28550378
>>28550313
i thought a lot of nu cars still use DIN slots albeit hidden behind proprietary trim because of the touch screen. iirc the late model camrys do this - pull the touch screen unit out and you can stick a double din unit in there
