Yeah the hardest part for bums and poors is that they're usually unable to plan more than 5 minutes into the future. To get any W2 job you're gonna need an address, but this doesn't mean you need an apartment. You could use your parents, a friend, or just get a PO box. Once you get a job you need to save for a car or a place to live. I would choose a car over a place to live because it's cheaper and provides more utility.

If you are walking around drunk in public and you get hit by a car, it should not be the driver's fault. Toxicology must be done. If they committed a pedestrian violation they should be ticketed even if they're in the hospital. They caused a collision and should be liable for damages.

I've always thought about what would happen if you poisoned them en masse. Like I feel like it could be really easy if you got some bottles of fake percs that were actually made of fent and dropped them on the ground around where the homeless stay. They would probably start popping them and all die. Or you could give them pizza or sandwiches with fent in it. I mean, if you got a whole pizza, took one slice to make it less suspicious, then leave it on a park bench, laced with fent, you could take out a couple of homeless guaranteed. But if you did that, who would ever catch you? I'm actually so shocked it isn't done more frequently because it seems like such an obvious idea. And by the way, I would personally not do this nor do I advocate for anyone to do it. It's just something I thought of, which would be bad if it happened.

I work in a jail and personally interact with most of my communities homeless population on a regular basis. Most aren't simply down on their luck, they are self sabotagers and usually also just bad people who do bad things.
