Depends how hard I push. If I push lightly skin moves with a helmet and if I push hard it doesn't.
If I shake my head I feel the helmet shaking but not sure if it is with my skin or around it and it doesn't really change position from how it was before shaking, guess that's good.
For pressure points I'll have to wear it a little more to see if it hurts. I feel slight pressure on my cheeks and when I try to bite I kind of lightly bite them. And some pressure around my head but that seems normal. I'll see my instructor monday, hope he'll know

Totally normal with a new helmet. Also pressure around your head is fine. actual pressure points that will hurt over time are something you notice after like 15 minutes of the helmet on your head. The fit sounds good.

just got my bike licence
gonna get this very soon, my first bike
i'll be getting a white one with a brown seat
i LOVE the way it looks, a coworker had one and i took it for a spin, it was very slow compared to what i rode to get my licence (mt07) but it was ten times more comfy and enjoyable to ride

unfortunately the 500cc version is not available in my country

Now there are many different bikes in the Supersport class, like R9 or V2, because of their similar performance, not displacement

im 99% sure hes leaning the rear fully over, he might just be late on the throttle so it doesnt have the torn up surface all the way to the edge
i dont think theres a tire geometry on the rear that has strips remaining with a front looking like that, the size of the front strip is impressive

Track is a good idea, if you can keep it just there that's the best option and safest. On the road I just ride where there are no people so there are no cops. I haven't seen a police car out there in probably six years. When I'm near towns/people I cool off and just cruise, also just because that's respectful to others. It's not right to ride my bike dangerously fast where I can hurt others.
Each bike has a soul, a bike with a sport soul will always ask to go faster, whereas a cruiser will ask you to be cool. Maybe you need a new type of bike. Cruisers aren't slow, they're just slow compared to sport bikes. They're still fast as fuck compared to everything else on the road and lots of fun. Maybe do that?

Id actually disagree with it's answer, I'd say those plugs indicate leaner rather than richer mixture.
The way I was shown was that chalky white is lean, black is rich, and chocolatly brown is good stichometry.

There is something about it though that is fucking MAGIC that can't be replaced with anything.

Used to actually get adrenaline dumps just putting on my gear knowing I'm going out for a good rip, to the point that I would be sweating and trembling until I get out of my driveway. Frightening the life out of my colleagues on the way to work. Overtaking lads on liters on my little SV and them not following me, should have been sign enough that I am being dangerous.
Currently feeling major cognitive dissonance, I know I'm a cunt on the road and not proud of it but at the same time I sort of am, I don't intend to speed but I know I probably will and I say I'll sell it if I get another ticket but I probably wont, I know it's not cool but at the same time it is so fucking cool, there is something wrong with my head idk

Some fucked up stories near me too. 21 year old wiped out on his gixxer and died, he had two infant daughters. Some drunk killed a motorcyclist at 2 am last night and left them in the street. And a guy who was on a first date with a chick had her over for drinks, they got drunk and took his Harley out (no helmets, no tags, no plate), he crashed, got 15 years in prison for it. He says she begged him to take her and refused a helmet.

Did what you said about disconnecting the brake calipers and pumping - didn't see bubbles out of the rear reservoir (wasn't watching the whole time) but the wheel rotates much better in the front so we good.
Weird ass problem tho - was soldering a brake light terminal back together that had disconnected. May have bridged the connection at one time, emphasis on may, and for whatever reason none of the cockpit lights or head/brakelights turn on when i turn the ignition on. did i cook the rectifier or ECU?

1. Make sure you have a block or something to keep the pistons from fully collapsing. Otherwise air won't move.
2. Spin the rear wheel and tap your rear brake, if it locks up fast then you have air in the system most likely from the PCV bleed valve near the fuel tank. If it behaves like a typical rear brake then you're good, while riding. Your front end should dive when using the rear brake if not then you have air in the line that goes from the rear brake to the front pair of center pistons.
3. My money is on the stator + rectifier do both anyway even if one component looks decent. if your bike somehow fires up then your ecu is fine. If it behaves wildly inconsistent then the ecu got cooked.
Reminder of the glorious brake service video from down under

In other news, I swapped my previous high pipe exhaust which was a black widow pipe with a delkevtec.
BW: better mounting hardware and hanger mount
Delkevtec: better steel for the high pipe, better exhaust clamp, sound is excellent.

Of the two I'd suggest the blackwidow high pipe only if you have their exhaust manifolds and can. For delkevtec, it's all around better except the mount is trash.

DEFINITELY a motorbike.
'22 CB125F, gets roughly 200mpg just putting around the flats at 30mph. Was a loaner bike while I had work done on my thou.
Fastest I could get it to go was 49mph in a 60mph zone, literally the most fear I've ever had commuting when a strong headwind hit and I dropped down to 41, WOT in 4th.

/o/ tourist here, assuming moped questions goto this thread.
Bought a 125cc chinese engine for my 50cc chinese moped. It came with technical instruction paper saying
>Lubricant: 15W40-SE
>Fuel: unleaded gasoline with RQ-93 or higher
What the hell does SE and RQ mean? I've been using the usual cheap semi synthetic bike oil as the engine has a wet clutch and it's been working fine.
Also:
>Valve gap: 0.05mm
That's from a hot engine, right? And isn't the exhaust valve gap supposed to be wider?

Right. What I figured the wet clutch definition is API SM and JASO MA, that's what the oil canisters say.
>93 is 87 for the states must be a old measurement for octane.
What about "RQ"? It's 9:1 compression so I'm assuming octanes aren't that important.
>Valve gap check must be done on a cold engine not hot.
I don't believe you on this one as 0.05 is very narrow. And cold engine should have wider exhaust valve gap but the paper only states one value for both valves -> it's likely for hot engine.

No ethanol in my fuel, XR400 starts after draining the carbs and a few kicks. Fuel at least 18 months old.
Hell, even my ZXR250A started after 5 seconds of cranking with full choke in equally old fuel.

That said, I've never run anything, knowingly, with ethanol so I have no idea.

Stock viffer exhaust is Carbon steel (it rusts easily, especially if your state sprinkles salt) the factory pipe also has a cross section in the front manifolds. The free flowing delkevtic exhaust helps the bike breathe giving it a better sound and better preformance.

Okay, I get it now, guys who ride like assholes weaving through vehicles on interstates. When you ride safely and leave space, some assholat or three will inevitably pull into that space, because apparently we all meed to be bumper to bumper at 75mph or we all get there too late plor something.

So now I too will ride like a douchebag and try to get away from people who just assume breaking distance is a fairy tale.

Is it bad for the breaks to pretty much not use them?
For context, I drive a scooter with a CVT, and that CVT essentially acts like a break without throttle so I usually dont use the breaks at all
I heard somewhere that its bad since the disks may rust?
And while we are on the topic, is it better to brake hard or softly for the brake pads?

You need to use the brakes occasionally to knock the rust off the rotors. You want to use moderate brake force most of the time. Too light or too hard most of the time will torch your pads and warp your rotors.

If traffic gets too competitive I just slow down and get behind a slow cager/ride in the outside lane and take a break until the general mood changes. If I'm caught in rush hour interstate traffic I'll sometimes just explore random surface streets as an alternative, or even find a restaurant or shop to chill out in if I'm not on a strict schedule. The advantage of a motorcycle in mt mind is that it's never a chore to spend more time riding.

If you've been camping, most people in the country know that campfire smoke is one way to kill bacteria and stink on clothes until you can wash them.

So that's like 8500 miles, right? Shouldn't need much at all. Air filter. Brake pads are probably fine, honestly, but check them. Get a 2wdw tune for that Yoshi system, for sure.
Also, good idea to get a steering stabilizer. You don't need to spend a billion dollars on a gpr stabilizer, ones this work plenty good.
