What is the best GT for 180k or less? Requirements: It must be new or VERY close to new, and it must have at least 8 cylinders.

Because I'm about to spend $180,000 and I can't make up my mind, and I'm literally 1 bad day away from saying fuck it and buying another F-350 and telling the entire car community to lick my asshole.

What else would I do with 180k? I don't need to invest it. I have a house. I have literally everything else covered. So far nobody has recommended a single vehicle that isn't either a.) Old and problematic b.) A sports car that rides like a shopping cart or c.) Some heavily modded shitbox fantasy build.

I want the best bone stock GT I can afford. This is my budget. If I had 300k I'd buy a Bentley speed model with the W12 because those are the dream The Lucid Air GT honestly looks pretty good but I don't want an EV, I want one last V8.

Orrrrr I could just order another F-350, get the Diesel this time, slap a $25,000 sound system in it and blow the remaining $75,000 on hookers.

You'd need a lot more than some bones to de-rice this shit since it was designed by the engineers to fundamentally be a ricer chariot kek. Good luck with the sale, you will need it.

The IS500 honestly is tempting. Really tempting. I could get one absolutely loaded and still have 100 grand left to spend on another Corvette dumpster fire. The problem is that it's kinda slow.

>They don't like you

They like me plenty when I pay them money, which honestly is better because then I can be left the fuck alone instead of nagged 24/7 like when I was married.

>Driving something legendary

So give me some fucking examples. Every time I post one of these threads I get a lot of shit about "legendary" rides and other shit but it's always either a clapped out fantasy shitbox mod project, a sports car that rides like a shopping cart, or something old and shitty that sucks anus to daily drive.

Actually you know what, maybe I should buy a 911. I could finance instead of paying cash and get a Turbo S. Probably a better decision in the long term, and I could nigger it up and post daily on /o/.

CT5-V Blackwing
Shelby GT500
Camaro ZL1 1LE
Corvette (I think the base or e-ray models are actually the best value, but Z06 and ZR1 are right there)
AMG GT
A110 (I know what you said but at the end of the day it's the quality that matters and it delivers so fuck it on the list it goes)
Benz E-Class (ditto)
911 (ditto)

Thank you for an honest post. I currently have a Blackwing and I fucking hate it; rides like a shopping cart. The C8 is a bit small for a daily but I like pretty much everything else about it. I just worry that if I hate the Blackwing I'll hate the C8 even more. FWIW I find the 911 to be a pretty good vehicle that's less harsh than most sports cars.

A lot of these examples already overlap in terms of what they can deliver. Audi isn't what it used to be and doesn't really stand out any more, except for the RS3 for 5 banger hooning memes.

Many people equivocate 'performance' with 'has to ride stiff as shit', and unfortunately those people sometimes end up in management positions.
Eg, the Integra Type S is just as fast as the CTR, and it doesn't make your teeth rattle and spine slip a disk while doing it, delivering a smooth and comfortably engaging drive experience, as it should be. The technology exists, if your suspension can't deliver it's just bad design. You can have your luxobarge ride and eat your 1.0+ G skidpad cake too. FIAcrats are comiting sin against God by banning active suspensions in competitions they oversee (amongst many other things) and they will pay for it in hell. The C8 from what I hear is more softly tuned than many other 'sport' cars.

I know the brand is on everyone's shit list right now, but the Jaguar F-Type R is genuinely a great cruiser. Suspension is tuned a lot softer than other sport/gt kind of cars, but is still plenty fast. V8 sounds godly, and convertible is available if you like picking up chicks.
