The Moon's surface is covered in fine asbestos-like dust, made of particles smaller than the thickness of the human hair, mostly formed by eons of micrometeorite impacts and radiation in the absence of an atmosphere, water vapor, plate tectonics, biological activity or other fancy shit that contributes to Earth's highly complex geology.

This fine dust is almost as fine as the maximum depth of a scratch allowed in the bottom of a BMW EV before the vehicle is condemned for possible battery damage.

What do you mean? If all of the mass of the moon were condensed into a single point at normal sea level on earth? "Weight" is relative to the gravity source.
