It was all I had. I crashed my 2007 saturn ion car. I never had bought anything else with credit before so I as only able to get a good car.

They didn't let me buy a used car. If you have limited credit they only let you buy new cars in order to make payments.

Who is 'they', the bank? You don't need to pay interest on credit to buy a cheap used car when you can just pay it all in full up front.

It's 'shit' in the sense of being an uninspired appliance, but they aren't bad as cagie conveyers.
I'd suggesting looking for the factory service manual online (you can almost always find downloads somewhere) and looking up common issues to service. Can save you lots of trouble in the long run.
