i think anyone who built a drift missile should be raped, tortured and left to starve in the amazon rainforest for permanently damaging historical cars and driving their price up

No one would care about these cars if they weren't all abused like this, they'd have rusted away in junk yards otherwise.
Anonymous No.28573929
>>28573915 (OP)
These cars were typically built out of vehicles that were deemed beyond-saving anyway. Front or rear end body damage that left the drivetrain salvageable but the frame would always be declared a write off.

>historical cars
Silvias were meant for this basically. Without drifting they would have been forgotten.

>posts an R32 4 door, one of the ugliest cars ever built, which probably came with a 20e auto and would've been scrapped long ago if drifters didn't reshell their good running gear into it
Lmao

They weren't historical cars 10+ years ago when they were worth $2000 in good condition

disagree I think they look pretty good

yeah 2bh I was more thinking of the R33 4 door, still they don't look amazing amazing and the OP example was most likely a poverty trim sedan no different than a Crown Vic in America.

I have seen a handful of good looking 4 door r33s but it took a lot of work, lots of money was spent

What happens when they begin to run out? There aren't enough RWD platforms around these days. Spaceframe drift cars?

Yeah anything can look cool in full drift guise, but both cars were kinda horrendous stock

I remember $19 Mosin Nagants and $79 Yugo M59/66s in the early 00s. They were cheap surplus that nobody gave a shit about. People Bubba'ed them for fun.

Same principle applies with S13s and E30s and shitbox early 80's Corollas. They're "historical cars" to you, but they were cheap shit when the people who modified them bought them.

I feel the same way about demolition cars
it's worse when it's a smash-up and not even a race.
I hate demo niggers so fucking much, I would sooner dd a junkyard car than go out and total it in a faggy county fair mud pit.
and every single way they cope with it is infuriating like "well it won't pass smog/inspections"
then drive it anyways bitch, it runs for you to ruin it don't it?
"yeah but it don't got a title"
and you don't care that it gets completely totalled out already you stupid bitch, the police ain't going to take it from you if you stay on the backroads every few weekends.

Newer BMWs 328/330/335/340i, with that virtual clutch thing for ZF 8HP, because most of them are auto nowadays and manuals for swap are rare

Driving a car hard, and not caring if it gets destroyed, but trying to avoid that outcome if you can - is based.
Driving a car hard and deliberately setting out to destroy it is gay.

its not even driving it hard in demolition its just flooring it into another car untill they dont move anymore thats just retarded like throwing bricks at a refidgerator till it stops working

Mine's built up from a bent frame that wouldn't have been deemed road-worthy otherwise. As are most of them. Nobody purposefully ruins a good car.

Falcunt just because you need to commute on unsealed roads and fire trails so jacked up suspension and offrosd tires doesn't make the Falcon a rally car.

You've reminded me of that guy who got YouTube famous years ago for destroying iPhones in a variety of increasingly autistic ways and now I'm even angrier so thanks for that
