I'm impressed just how ugly that is. No idea what model it's supposed to represent, just looks like yet another ugly electric crossover.

honda has been worthless since the S2K, who cares? my friends accord literally blew up and threw a rod at 160 miles (not thousand) lmfao this is point that we’re at

All crossovers look exactly alike now. Even if someone tries to make a "new" design, they still end up looking exactly like everything else on the market.

>honda is copying from the chinese
Honda has no fucking idea what they're doing when it comes to EVs.

The one EV (the "e:Ny1") they briefly introduced here in 2023 was like one of those early EVs from a different time.
>61 kWh battery takes hours to fast charge because no preconditioning
>poor efficiency, range maybe 200 km in freezing temps
>handles like shit and prone to traction issues due to poorly managed torque
>motor inverter makes audible buzzing noises at nearly any speed
>unprotected front charging port gathers dirt and slush and freezes shut
>sunroof support bar bulge inside car is where a tall driver's head should be
>interior space comparable with a Corolla hatchback or something
>prices start at 50k

Oh yeah that thing, the Honda e:Ny1 is literally just a HR-V lol

and even then ATP it kinda was already out of date since we already had chinese EV's in the ever loving shithole that is europe

Isn't that even made by Dongfeng? Might as well buy a Chinese piece of shit since it at least has newer EV tech.
Neither Honda nor the Chinese have any service network here so the owner's about equally screwed if something goes wrong.

Honda's marketshare in my cunt is like 0.25% at this point. Not sure why they're not just leaving since nobody buys their overpriced grocery getters.

> /o/ shits on domestic brand trends
> surprised when japan follows every single trend
GM and Ford are small companies and they are a massive disadvantage on a fundamental business level. However they do know what actually sells to customers, and they are willing to gamble on it before anyone else, consistently. It’s the only way for them to stay in business.
You can expect everything they do to be followed closely by japan, and asia broadly as the yellow man is the eternal copycat.

It’s true. They have dogshit profit margins and less employees than anyone else. They do a lot of market research though. GM keeps buying its own stock maybe one day they can go private again

You’d need about 100 billion to buy GM AND Ford combined. You’d need 250 billion to buy Toyota.

In a way, they have to make crossovers because EV has the big ass niggerfaggot battery on the floor and in a sedan, that will make the proportions look weird and ugly, so most EV are cuckover.

Yeah bro you were talking about little guys doing all the technical heavy lifting and the others swooping in later and just being "inspired" by it all.
Remember Toyota isn't a charity, their entire "dynamic froce' engine lineup is Mazda technology. Before with Ford, all Ford's engine technology was Mazda.
And you know this can only come from Mazda spending all their money on R&D and neglecting marketing almost entirely. That's nice for the customer, but it's really bad for their business.

Mostly this is delusional mazda simping, they have a handful of decent engine designs, and more than one model shared with toyota. They are still a japanese headquartered auto company, which gives them a massive competitive advantage, and the domestic brands still do an absurd amount of heavy lifting as far as new segment exploration goes given they are a fraction the size of most of their competition. If you esl retard could actually read my initial post, you would see i never mentioned technical heavy lifting at all. I said they do good market research, which also is not marketing. It just means that they make an effort to determine what products are going to increase in popularity, before others. There are tons of examples of this. Clearly mazda sucks at this, as they only make one product maybe two that actually sell.
> all fords engine technology was mazda
How about no. Anyways kys

oh my god, this is so true! I am American from Ohio and I must to agree with you 100%.

Before I also think Chinese product is low quality, but this is old thinking from many year ago. Now China is the global leader in all technology, especially for the EV. Their work ethic is very strong, the factory workers have much dedication to the Party and to make best product. They are not lazy like some American workers who always want to go home early.

The production line and logistics in China is now best in the world, is like a very perfect clock, everything is on time and with perfect proportion. This is why they can make a car with very good quality but the price is not so expensive. The technology inside is newest, much newer than what Honda or GM is using.

So yes, if you are buying the electric Honda from Dongfeng, you are really just buying a Chinese car but with old Japanese name on it. And you pay more for the name! Is much more smarter to just buy the real Chinese EV, like a BYD or NIO. You get more better technology and more good price. The service network will come later, but the car quality is so superior you will maybe not even need it

Your shitty attempt at sarcasm doesn't make Honda suck any less at the future of cars.
