Every so often I think about the time that my middle school teacher was talking about some sort of musician from the 1980s and I somewhat excitedly spoke up to say that I had one of that woman's records, as in an actual record, and I remember quite clearly the entire class laughing at me.
Looking back, I mostly am just I'm used, I suppose, that the cliche of an entire school class laughing at one of the students is actually something that happens, I just happened to be the unfortunate one... repeatedly...

In middle school the teacher was helping a student with math at his desk and i dont know why but i just said "i can help!" and the teacher said "why dont you put an egg in your shoe and beat it"
