definitely not the audi, maintence too expensive.

Corvette and GT-R are best value for money. AMG's have apparently fell off or something. GT-R interior is very dated though. M4 isn't a bad choice either.

It’s difficult for me to choose out of these three. I value each of them for different reasons, but if you’re going to twist my arm about this, I’m slightly more partial to the GT-R.

R8 if it's the V10 version. Corvette ZR1 if it isn't. Yeah, I don't care if there are other options that are faster, V10 sound > your imaginary lap times with a car you'll never get anywhere near its theoretical potential.

A high HP n/a Vette or 911 is going to outlast any of the turbo shitters in a real race*.
Imma go with a 700 (easy) HP 2200 lb C2, being a mutt. If I was a weenie I would go with a (not so easy) 600 HP 1800 lb 911.
Everything else on this list is a pig that does not belong on a track.

For me, It's between Corvette, GTR, and AMG.
If you don't mind potential maintenance costs the AMG will likely provide the finest experience over a variety of driving conditions, daily or 'spirited' - all these cars are fast and expensive, but they don't all provide the luxury of expense too, if you know what I mean.
Corvette is the performance weapon in this price range, from E-Ray to ZR1 you will find both lateral grip and linear acceleration that can't be beat without jumping to the sort of garage queens that won't ever be driven anyways.
GT-R is a tuner's choice. Its numbers on paper don't really stack up to any of the others, but it also has a large aftermarket, and being based on an older Nissan platform is more easily modifiable too. Previous generation corvettes are similar to this as well.

The V8 AWD GT's have rear wheel steering, torque vectoring, active suspension, and 12 inch wide wheels.
All of which is to say, yeah it would be even crazier if it could have all that and also weigh 2000 pounds. But as it is, the handling is out of this world in any case. Like dancing ballet with a battleship. You can both feel the inertia, and the way it overcomes inertia, just massive forces at work as it refuses to let go. An orchestra of power and imposition. Man, I'm going to cum just thinking about it.
Anonymous No.28587283 [Report]
>>28581833
It's fat but the torque vectoring system is really good and the AWD is heavily rear biased so no real problems with understear

I liked carving mountain roads in mine quite a bit

911 and Corvette. Trusted platforms, are fairly affordable.
Mercedes Benz today is trash and got nothing to offer other than making you look like a richfag, so is BMW, because their cars are overengineered and ugly as shit, Audi is so so. Nissan GTR is a hard no because that fat tank is responsible for lots of what is wrong with today's automotive industry.
