2008 Honda Accord 2.4 Type S, manual, 250k on the clock, less than 4000 eurodollars.
Too good to be true or should I go for it? No rust or anything.

Big petrol engine like that is going to use a lot of fuel. I wouldn't be surprised if it's Euro 4, and combination of old emissions standard, large engine, and many horsepower means you'll pay a lot of road tax wherever you are in euroland.

My country has really weird rules where cars that are older than 20 years pay just the minimum amount (50€) so this will be less than a hundred per year.
I'm more worried about getting scammed because it's a Type S but cheaper than models with similar mileage and a diesel engine.

What kind of answer are you looking for here? There's no way for us to know if there's anything wrong with it. You have to inspect the car. Find out if there's anything wrong with it. Take it for a shake down test drive. Get it up on a lift and look for replaced parts. Look closely at the panels to see if any have a slightly newer finish or slightly mismatched color. Get a carfax history report. Maybe have a mechanic look at it if the seller is willing. We can't tell you anything about that car.

Thanks, that's a lot of good advice.
I kinda meant the price range mostly, like you wouldn't buy E92 M3 for 5k, it's going to be a dog, I was wondering if a Type S in this price range is even worth considering.

250k km or miles? If km it is a good deal.
Things to look out for are bad power steering and rattle from the intake cam gear on cold start.
The clutch master cylinder could go bad too if the fluid isn't changed. Very reliable overall and can get fair mileage under good conditions.
