Isuzu 4HK1: still offered in the larger elf models with derated models driveable on an Australian car licence (max 4.5t gross weight).

A more common engine with big bore: Toyota 2GR-FE at 94mm.

Isuzu put that ship engine in a car class truck.
Since I said bore and not displacement per cylinder, I should probably state the bore size too.
