That's because it's Plebbit. I've been out 10 years now, on the road. About once a week I come across a shit bag. All the truck stop lots smell like pee, you can guess why. Truckers are fat lazy slobs, I can't tell you how many times I've seen some guy pissing on the lot and the bathroom is like, a 2 minute walk away or even less. Like fuck sakes if you're going to be that lazy have the common god damn courtesy to piss in the grass, if I'm going to be in the nosebleed section and I might not make it I always park in the back 40 against the grass just in case.
The whole idea of putting a hole in the floor is so they don't have to stop at a truck stop they can keep the delivery rolling because the only freight that pays right now is team freight and even that is starting to falter. The reason you don't see it on the road is because it drops down onto the driveshaft which spins it around and only small particles make it onto the road, think of the driveshaft like a giant blender but it's for jeets shitting on it, this is basic physics I don't know what they're teaching kids these days.
