I've been putting some foam bits under things I think rattle but today I realized I'm getting a rattle from the headliner/around the rear view mirror at a specific RPM. I can't put anything here lol

"Flocking tape" is really good and easy to use, it's adhesive backed thin felt you can put on any rubbing plastic.
The chinese outlets and ebay have it for half the price from amazon. A roll will last a long time as you only really need a half inch for most spots.

You can also put the fleece tape on tthicker gaps, and make a H shape outline the glovebox as well.
Thinner bitum tape also works well on the gaps.

The key issue is generally identifying the problem. Its generally that some part of the plastic has shrink or poffed up, meaning there is now contact via rubbing somewhere.
Or the door card has started warping a little bit, meaning the screw is still in place, but the side isn't tight to the metal frame.
