I bought Xpel Fusion which is ceramic coated PPF. You need to visit a few shops, their best price won't be with card and it won't be given over the phone. They're all under pressure from competing shops to not offer too low of a price or said shops complain to Xpel or whoever supplies the film.

Is the 500 that much of a step up in fun factor? I have a 350 RWD and I enjoy the car but I can't help but wonder how much better the V8 is, especially for a nearly 20k delta I'd have to pay

We started with an is350 iridium with dynamic handling package and now added an is500 incognito. Both are an excellent choice for reliability and retaining value. The V8 is super fun. I would say the "worth it" part depends on how much you value extra HP and TQ along with a great exhaust/induction tone.

I think I have to test drive one and see if I really need it. My 350 came without the performance package so I didn't get the adaptive dampers and sport S+. Would be kind of a double whammy difference between the two.
