They are. My long time friend had one from about 2005 until just this year. Back in 2011 I borrowed it to move furniture because at the time I was unfortunately suffering from trucklessness
14 years ago that thing was an absolutely clapped out borderline dangerous pile of shit that felt like it should have been just driven to the junkyard. The engine was stumbling and gutless, the OD light on the shifter stalk was flashing, the suspension was clunking, the steering shimmied, the paint was fucked, the interior was fucked.
He sold it privately for a couple grand back in January
