One of the few manuals left. If you need the practicality of four doors, it's a good choice vs Miata or BRZ

Pretty good Civic. Rev hang is annoying and the clutch is too numb feeling but you get used to it and how to drive it smoother. less efficient and slower than a hybrid but who honestly cares because lol a fucking automatic vs a manual car and who tf is drag racing a stock civic in current year. Interior is very nice, and Si seats are awesome. Overall great pick for a manual daily driver.

Similar performance, but it's e-CVT, break even on fuel savings is like 10+ years and 100,000+ miles, at which point you need to spend $5k on a new battery which eliminates your fuel 'savings'. SI has some major drawbacks but Hybrid isn't the clearly better choice to me. I like manual transmissions.

Also I'd say the decision about the SI vs Integra really comes down to the hatchback. Drivetrain is identical, interior is a wash, the price delta is large and frankly the Integra prices itself out of the market because if you are willing to spend $38k or whatever it is there are much better options, even hatchbacks, at that price. This is probably why the Integra sold like shit and is being discontinued. Acura is a CUV exclusive brand now.

I like driving manuals, that’s it. I don’t like having a transmission that I’m not in control of, or have to put in “sport mode” to not have it upshift as fast as possible. That’s why only 3 of the 11 cars that I own are automatic. I had no say in their choice of transmission though.

Not really, the Sport Touring is a more luxury package for people who prefer a softer ride, leather seats, and an active noise cancelling system. I think it represents even more of the "car as an appliance" idea than the base hybrid.

All three of these cars have heated seats, the Bose speakers, the 9" screen are shared between the Sport Touring and SI. The Sport Hybrid has the smaller 7" screen and basic speakers. SI is most comparable to Sport Touring. Sport is a lower level of trim.

The hybrid can only supply 180 hp for ~30 secs from a 100% full capacity battery (it's set to 80% max in sport mode, 60% other settings).
After that it's 143hp with ~25% losses sent to an electric motor.
SI can sustain it's peak horsepower throughout.
