Why can't ICE improve at the pace of EV?
Just compare next year's model of BMW's ix3 compared to the current one. The upgrade is astounding, all while reducing the entry price by $10000.
>800km of estimated range
>800v fast charging
>More spaceous than ever before inside with more boot capacity
>significantly cuts down the number of electronics and wirings to a few key computers
>0-100 in less than 5 seconds
>base level of the car is complete, no need to pay $5000 for a reversing camera
>The ICE equivalent of the car will cost more
At this level of progress, I don't see how anyone can deny what's coming to the automobile industry. It's not just a Chinese or Asian thing. The Germans are getting really good at it too, and their billion dollar investments are now bearing fruit.
