Only for GT300 because there are so many FIA GT3 cars in there and basically what every other GT3 series does so it's to be expected.

GT500 just does "Success weight" which is ballast and fuel flow restriction. Not the same thing as closed-door race-fixing the way FIA does. It's done on a car-by-car basis and dictated by how many points the team scored in the prior round until they hit their max and then the final round deletes all of it. The idea is to emphasize the chase for the championship all season by pegging back the teams with the best cars and drivers. To win the championship, teams have to overcome these handicaps for most of the season.

Nah, he got baited hard. There should have been a yellow somewhere to indicate the slow car, but he got too much tunnel vision trying to draft Sekiguchi. Miyata who was behind him was able to swerve out of the way just fine.
