Op here, I'm leaning to the caddy because it's the same car but with better interior but the roadmaster has less shit that could break (analog dash vs digital, no automatic trunk closer, etc)

I've been very torn to say the least. One other thing to note is the fleetwood is longer than the roadmaster.

Supposedly people claim the roadmaster feels tighter and less boaty than the fleetwood but it could be hearsay. The extra length would probably mean larger interior space as well.

The dash is slightly different digital instrument panel aside, the caddy is flush n flat whereas the roadmaster has a slight angle near the driver.

Dunno if this matters as well but I am a 25 year old white man. I kinda like the sleeper status of buicks but then again saying I got a caddy would be a flex desu

Also supposedly the caddy has a higher tow capacity which makes 0 sense to me given they are identical drivetrains.

I like these two cars in the thread because it's a floating couch that I could swing around in the rain.

I think imma get a fleetwood. The extra length means I'll have more interior space, bigger trunk, etc.

i used to daily a rmw and as much as i loved it, i was disappointed in how small the legroom was in the backseat especially for how long the damn thing is
it didn't feel like the d bodies had this issue

I think I'll pull the trigger on a fleetwood. My only gripe is there's a lot of tech that could break / people know what a caddy is so higher chance to be a mark for theft.

Buicks are appealing because nobody knows tf they are so nobody has a strong impulse to steal them. Then again I doubt saying "I drive a roadmaster" will get any woman's attention vs "I drive a caddy"

It's the same fucking car. BTW limo and taxi drivers all say the Cads fall apart fast, and the Towncar limos will easily do 300,000+, in NYC, before coming apart.

they handle just fine when you swap for gas struts.
I pulled a 250k mile 302 out of a truck and put one in a dead v6 one and it'd go like 130mph and just float down the road doing it.
