any 325/328 n52 owners here who have done the 3 stage intake swap from a 330i? I'm about to do this and the oil filter housing gasket while I'm in there.
any tips? I am nervous about flashing the 330i software. I've never done that sort of thing before and i heard it's quite easy to brick ur shit. I was going to use the free bimmerlabs option but i also considered the stage fp tune.

Make sure you're not using a cheap k/d-can cable with a fake ftdi chip.

I did but I did MILV's at the same time. Noticable difference but I never got it dyno'ed. If I were to do it again I might try 22rpd's Velocity Stack Intake with the housing that has the throttle body instead as it gets rid of the DISA's.

Chinkshit cable will be fine.

It will flash slower than a bimmergeeks ones, but those chinkshit cables are fine for your MSV DME, they only brick transmission modules and CCC/CIC.

The flash will probably take around 25min since you have to do the RSA bypass first then apply the full 330i software on top. If you get any issues with the flash you can just power cycle the DME and try again, WinKFP is really bulletproof and those bimmerlabs files are tested already.
