What's the best car ever made and why is it the Audi C5 Allroad?
>7 passenger capacity
>unmatched AWD
>6 speed
>twin turbo
>adjustable suspension
>greater towing capacity than most trucks of the same era
>sleeper cab
>excels in all conditions
Prove me wrong.

You're the guy that just bought one of these, aren't you?
Anyway it's a great car until that first service bill hits and it turns out the air suspension is broken and no one makes aftermarket replacements for the stock system so your only hope is finding someone to rebuild your old stuff or some new old stock sitting in a forgotten corner of a VW parts warehouse somewhere, and the turbos decided to cook themselves alive so they have to be replaced and that's an engine-out job, and the engine's leaking oil from basically every gasket so you may as well have the whole thing refreshed while it's out of the car for the turbos, and all of a sudden you're broke but at least your car will work fine for another year.

idk man. The Legacy GT and Outback XT from the same era were putting down the same power and were like 500-600 pounds lighter. They objectively had worse interiors and had 500 pounds less of towing capacity, but didn't have all the shit >>28679851 mentioned. I think there's a reason Audi stopped making them for so long.

lmao, I'm pretty sure this might literally be the least reliable car ever made

They were ALL sent to the junkard

I'd like to wage all the same points, except it's NA, and the air suspension is simple to work on (only in the rear). I picked this car up for $3500

Lmao imagine thinking anything is more reliable than a Toyota Corolla. It isn't even close.

I had 2.7twin turbo allroad. Was great, except for the wallowy ride at speed. And oil dripping onto exhaust manifold. Was very fast. Then I had Subaru outback 3.0r. Subaru was better.

>perhaps today I will place the engine beyond the front axle and include two turbos to make it completely unserviceable
>While we're at it lets but air bag suspension onit
>That's not enough, let's put the starter where nobody will ever find it and make a coolant passage through the alternator

I'll just take the same gen Passat instead, it's a car that's too complicated already even without all the Audi gimmicks. Oh and no AWD or twin turbo please, FWD with good old 1.9 TDI and decent tires will work well enough for me.

NTA but how many 20 year old Audis do you see on the road today? Now how many 20 year old Toyotas do you see? You admitted you are dumber than jeets.

I have zero experience with this car or any Audi really, but what a beautiful vehicle. Like designers took all the butch-dyke out of a Subaru and replaced it with sophisticated yet rugged ubermensch.

I unironically see more 20 year old audis on the road than toyotas. Same for BMWs.
Do note that 2005 was 20 years ago.
