No. We don't tip around here. At least not if the person's working for a company. Might be willing to consider if it was more of a personal favor.
But this is a civilized country based on contracts between equals, so if it's a company and I'm leaving the car there, a contract has already been signed and it should include the price for the completion of the tasks listed in the contract. If my car gets what it says in the contract, they get the money.
And if the company doesn't pay its workers enough to live, they should quit and punch the boss on the way out for his vile disrespect of their professional skills.
