In Poland, in the developed areas, Mustangs are fairly common, here in Tricity if I go out to the city, I'm pretty much guaranteed to see at least one.
That's because in Poland imported lightly crashed cars from Copart/IAAI is fairly common and USA-glazing is also a thing, so a lot of people getting those Mustangs aren't even really enthusiasts, they get them because they are THE cool American car, which is why most of them are V6s. Which is all why despite being officially sold in Europe, most S550s in Poland are US imports. Also in the group of cashed-up gopniks, who typically buy 10 year old premium German cars to impress gold diggers, there are some who want to be different and get a Mustang instead, it has gotten to a point where they became a stereotype.

Rebuilt titles are a red flag so after insurance writes the vehicle off because they don't want to go through the process of rebuilding they are sold as salvage. The value is already lost, even if the rebuild is perfect the title is not clean. Then someone gets the car cheap enough that rebuilding it makes sense. It is silly in some ways since many vehicles are in accidents without a claim being filed, and are rebuilt with no inspection but keep a clean title. My car has a rebuilt title but I was comfortable buying it because after researching the history I saw it drove 50K miles after the rebuild. I'd be very cautious buying something that was rebuilt without any road time post rebuild.

Mainly because they have to be imported as dealers don't carry most of the cars, though Mustang might be one of the exceptions.
What is interesting is that out of the big 3, GM has the weakest presence in Europe. They had Opel/Vauxhall and did try to sell rebadged Daewoos as Chebbies, but somehow even Chrysler managed a bigger market share with Voyagers and such.
I have seen tons of F150s and RAMs, Mustangs and Challengers, but not a single Silverado and maybe 1 or 2 nu-Camaros. I think I have seen more Third gens than I have post 2010 models. There are a bunch of Corvettes though.
